Aadam Life Care provides home based physiotherapy and basic health monitoring for people who cannot visit healthcare centres due to age, disability, or limited mobility.
Our outreach team visits patients at home to provide physiotherapy focused on pain relief, mobility, and daily functioning. The programme ensures essential care reaches individuals who would otherwise go without support.
The programme began on 1 June 2024 and currently operates in Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with planned expansion to nearby areas.
To support healthier and more inclusive communities by improving access to essential healthcare services for people facing barriers to treatment.
When individuals cannot reach care facilities, our teams deliver services directly at home.
To provide free, high quality physiotherapy and basic health monitoring at home for underserved individuals, with a focus on mobility, pain reduction, and long term wellbeing.
