Water wells in Uganda

Providing reliable community water points in Wakiso and Kyangwali

Aadam Life Care has completed 12 borehole and hand pump water projects across villages in Uganda. These installations provide local access to safe water for communities that previously relied on distant or unsafe sources.

Before installation, families in many of these villages walked between 3.5 km and 7.5 km to access clean water. The new water points reduce daily travel time and improve access for households, schools, and elderly residents.

Sustainable Water Infrastructure

Each water point is installed following local ground assessment and community consultation.

Projects include site identification, borehole drilling, hand pump installation, and basic training for community members on maintenance and responsible use. Local participation helps ensure long-term functionality and shared ownership.

Where possible, we coordinate with village leaders and schools to prioritise areas with the greatest need and highest daily usage.
