Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Successfully Conducted in Collaboration with Rescue 1122

Medical emergencies can happen anytime and anywhere. In those critical first few minutes, the actions of a bystander can make the difference between life and death. Recognizing the importance of emergency preparedness, Aadam Life Care proudly organized a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training in collaboration with Rescue 1122.

The session brought together participants from different backgrounds with a shared goal of learning essential life-saving skills. Led by experienced Rescue 1122 professionals, the training combined classroom instruction with practical demonstrations, ensuring every participant gained both knowledge and hands-on experience.

What Participants Learned

The training covered the fundamental principles of Basic Life Support and emergency response, including:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Recognizing and responding to cardiac emergencies
  • Management of choking and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO)
  • Basic first aid techniques
  • Emergency scene assessment and patient safety
  • Hands-on CPR practice using professional training mannequins

Participants had the opportunity to practice these techniques under the supervision of certified Rescue 1122 trainers, helping them build confidence in responding effectively during real-life emergencies.

Practical Learning That Builds Confidence

One of the highlights of the program was the interactive practical sessions. Participants practiced chest compressions, learned the correct CPR sequence, and experienced realistic emergency response scenarios. These activities transformed theoretical knowledge into practical skills that can be applied when every second counts.

The trainers also emphasized the importance of remaining calm, ensuring personal safety, and contacting emergency medical services immediately while providing initial assistance.

Building a Safer Community

At Aadam Life Care, we believe that community awareness and education are powerful tools for saving lives. By equipping individuals with Basic Life Support skills, we are creating communities that are better prepared to respond to emergencies before professional medical help arrives.

This initiative reflects our commitment to promoting health, safety, and community wellbeing through educational programs and practical training opportunities.

Our Appreciation

We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated team at Rescue 1122 for sharing their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to public safety. Their guidance made this training both informative and impactful.

We also thank every participant for their enthusiasm and willingness to learn skills that have the potential to save lives.

Looking Ahead

Aadam Life Care remains committed to organizing more awareness sessions, health education programs, and emergency response training for schools, colleges, organizations, and communities.

Together, we can build a society where more people are prepared, confident, and capable of responding during medical emergencies.

Because every second matters, and every life is precious.

Bringing Care to the Doorstep: Aadam Life Care’s Home-Based Physiotherapy Programme

For many people, simply reaching a hospital or clinic is a daily struggle. Advanced age, physical disability, chronic pain, or limited mobility can make travel exhausting, costly, or completely impossible. As a result, many individuals are left without the care they need, enduring pain and reduced quality of life in silence.

Through Aadam Life Care’s home-based physiotherapy and basic health monitoring programme, care comes directly to those who cannot come to it. Our trained outreach team visits patients in their homes, providing tailored physiotherapy focused on pain relief, improved movement, and greater ability to manage daily activities. Alongside this, basic health monitoring helps identify concerns early and ensure appropriate follow-up.

The programme began on 1 June 2024 in Kotha Kalan, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. In this short time, it has already made a meaningful difference for elderly patients, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from injury or illness. Families report reduced discomfort, better mobility, and a renewed sense of dignity for their loved ones.

ALCI is committed to expanding this initiative to nearby areas so that more vulnerable individuals can receive consistent, compassionate care without leaving their homes. Access to healthcare should not depend on one’s ability to travel — it should reach people wherever they are.

100% of public donations are allocated directly to charitable projects. Administrative and operational costs are covered separately.
