Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Successfully Conducted in Collaboration with Rescue 1122

Medical emergencies can happen anytime and anywhere. In those critical first few minutes, the actions of a bystander can make the difference between life and death. Recognizing the importance of emergency preparedness, Aadam Life Care proudly organized a Basic Life Support (BLS) Training in collaboration with Rescue 1122.

The session brought together participants from different backgrounds with a shared goal of learning essential life-saving skills. Led by experienced Rescue 1122 professionals, the training combined classroom instruction with practical demonstrations, ensuring every participant gained both knowledge and hands-on experience.

What Participants Learned

The training covered the fundamental principles of Basic Life Support and emergency response, including:

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Recognizing and responding to cardiac emergencies
  • Management of choking and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO)
  • Basic first aid techniques
  • Emergency scene assessment and patient safety
  • Hands-on CPR practice using professional training mannequins

Participants had the opportunity to practice these techniques under the supervision of certified Rescue 1122 trainers, helping them build confidence in responding effectively during real-life emergencies.

Practical Learning That Builds Confidence

One of the highlights of the program was the interactive practical sessions. Participants practiced chest compressions, learned the correct CPR sequence, and experienced realistic emergency response scenarios. These activities transformed theoretical knowledge into practical skills that can be applied when every second counts.

The trainers also emphasized the importance of remaining calm, ensuring personal safety, and contacting emergency medical services immediately while providing initial assistance.

Building a Safer Community

At Aadam Life Care, we believe that community awareness and education are powerful tools for saving lives. By equipping individuals with Basic Life Support skills, we are creating communities that are better prepared to respond to emergencies before professional medical help arrives.

This initiative reflects our commitment to promoting health, safety, and community wellbeing through educational programs and practical training opportunities.

Our Appreciation

We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated team at Rescue 1122 for sharing their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to public safety. Their guidance made this training both informative and impactful.

We also thank every participant for their enthusiasm and willingness to learn skills that have the potential to save lives.

Looking Ahead

Aadam Life Care remains committed to organizing more awareness sessions, health education programs, and emergency response training for schools, colleges, organizations, and communities.

Together, we can build a society where more people are prepared, confident, and capable of responding during medical emergencies.

Because every second matters, and every life is precious.

Mobility, Dignity, and Hope: Wheelchair Distribution in Pakistan

For many people in Pakistan living with disability or long-term injury, everyday life is shaped by one simple reality: mobility is not a given. Stairs, uneven roads, crowded streets, and limited accessibility make movement difficult, isolating individuals from education, work, healthcare, and even family life. A wheelchair is far more than a piece of equipment — it is a key to independence.

Through ALCI’s wheelchair distribution programme, we aim to restore dignity and freedom to those who need it most. We work closely with local communities, hospitals, and grassroots partners to identify individuals who lack access to mobility support, including elderly patients, accident survivors, and children with physical disabilities. Each wheelchair is provided free of cost to families who would otherwise be unable to afford one.

The impact is immediate and visible. Recipients can travel to school, attend medical appointments, participate in community life, and regain a sense of normalcy. Parents of disabled children often describe the wheelchair as a turning point, reducing physical strain on caregivers while giving their child the chance to move with confidence.

Beyond distribution, ALCI focuses on respect and awareness. We engage families and communities to challenge stigma around disability and encourage inclusion. Mobility should not be a privilege; it is a basic right.

With continued support from donors and partners, ALCI is committed to expanding this programme across more regions in Pakistan, reaching those who are often overlooked and forgotten. Every wheelchair represents a step toward a more compassionate and accessible society.

Bait-ul-Mariam – Orphan Home & Community Centre

Bait-ul-Mariam in Rawalpindi is more than a building – it is a place of safety, care, and hope for vulnerable girls who would otherwise have nowhere to turn. The home provides secure accommodation, daily support, and a nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

This centre was developed in partnership with We Help Foundation (UK), whose initiative inspired the creation of a girls’ orphanage at this location and contributed funding towards its construction. Aadam Life Care provided the land, oversaw the building of the facility, and continues to manage and run the centre, ensuring long-term care and stability for its residents.

The centre also serves as a base for wider humanitarian work in the region, including disability support and community outreach programmes. From here, Aadam Life Care coordinates services that reach beyond the home itself, supporting families and individuals across the surrounding community.

Bait-ul-Mariam stands as a shared commitment to protecting vulnerable children and giving them the opportunity for a safer, more hopeful future.

Building Hope Through Compassionate Action

At Aadam Life Care Centre International, we believe meaningful change begins with compassion, consistency, and a deep understanding of the communities we serve. Across every initiative, our focus remains the same: to restore dignity, stability, and hope to individuals and families facing hardship.

Many vulnerable households continue to struggle with access to basic necessities such as food, healthcare, education, and safe shelter. These challenges are often interconnected, creating long-term cycles of uncertainty. Our work is designed to address both immediate needs and the root causes that prevent families from moving forward.

Community-Led Support That Lasts
We work closely with local partners and community members to ensure our programs are practical, respectful, and sustainable. By listening first and acting responsibly, we are able to deliver support that aligns with real needs rather than assumptions. This approach helps build trust and ensures that aid reaches those who need it most.

Empowering Families and Individuals
Beyond emergency assistance, our projects aim to empower people to regain independence and confidence. From access to nutritious food and essential healthcare to education and skills development, every effort is focused on creating pathways toward long-term resilience.

The Power of Collective Giving
None of this work is possible without the generosity of our supporters. Every contribution—whether large or small—plays a vital role in improving lives. When individuals come together with a shared purpose, the impact multiplies, allowing us to reach more communities and deepen our support.

Looking Ahead
As we continue to grow, our commitment remains rooted in transparency, responsibility, and compassion. With the continued support of donors, volunteers, and partners, we strive to expand our reach while maintaining the care and integrity that define our mission.

Together, we can transform challenges into opportunities and build a future where every individual has the chance to live with dignity and hope.
